How does billing work?

All plans are billed monthly or annually. You'll receive an invoice at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept all major credit cards and can arrange ACH or wire transfers for annual commitments.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new rate takes effect immediately with a prorated credit for your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a guided demo and pilot program so you can evaluate PsyenceFlow with your team before committing. Contact us to schedule a personalized walkthrough.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains securely stored for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all patient records and reports at any time. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Are there any setup fees?

No. All plans include free onboarding and setup. Our team will help you configure the platform, import existing data, and train your staff at no additional cost.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes! When you switch to annual billing using the toggle above, you'll see the discounted price and savings percentage for each plan.
